I use my HRM just to measure my heart rate, since I want to keep it at the low end of my target heart rate for optimum "fat burning".

I read through quickly and not sure I saw Svetol in it. Check for Svetol on top of the Chlorgenic Acid, which should be 45% or more (both of them)... haven't tried though.

The YMCA, not only do they have strength training / circuit, but they have dance / aerobics, rumba, water aerobic classes, swimming, and more... and reasonable too.
