If I were you I wouldn't work out today but if you have to then do low-resistance activities (swimming, biking ect) Also, I would go to the Doctor tomorrow, you never know it could be something that is completely unrelated to excersise, get it checked out!

haha I've had an awful weekend of eating, Its been made up of fast-food and "all-out" family meals. I'm quite glad that I'm not weighing in I dont want to see the damage I've done! I'll spend the next 20-something days making up for it, and hopefully after the month is up i'll have lost a few pounds =)

My happy weight would be 130. I'm 5"5 and only 18 ;) but i've not seen this weight in about 4 years!

Also, to eat the reccomended 5 a day and not go over is virtually impossable.

It depends, from what I understand the artificial sugar (sucrose) that we commonly buy in supermarkets, is added to fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate and tea/coffee will do harm and generally slow down weight-loss. Could you make healthier versions of the foods she likes, rather than chicken nuggets chunks of chicken breast grilled with breadcrumbs. Or introduce new foods with the concept of eating like a "grown up" and making her "big and strong". It seemed to work with my nephiew...

I'm currently doing mostly cardio, around 20-30minutes on the cross trainer, 20-30 minutes on the bikes/running and 10-15 on the rowing maching. Sometimes more each day, sometimes less, it depends what I have time for. I'm doing gentle weights for my legs and my biceps (though they seem to have NO strength). I don't know…

I went on my first bike ride for about 2 years yesterday! I managed to push out a good 6-7miles, but it really emphasised how unhealthy I am (50 minutes!!). I think it may be something that I am going to keep going with, other than being very, very tired it was quite fun =)

Im in for weekly weigh-ins! I think I may have gained a fair bit over the holidays, my local gym has been closed and so with the lack of excersise I didnt feel the need to watch my eating either, I'll find out tomorrow though when I do my first weigh in of 2010

The first study was done as an attempt to see if Anorexia is a learnt behaviour, so they were placed on a diet similar to that of somebody who suffers from anorexia and so it is pretty clear that they were going to gain the weight back when they went back to eating normal portions.

I quit about 5 months ago, cold turkey.
