In terms of your knee, keep your eye on the modifiers in each workout and do what works best for you! Listen to your body and you will love the program! I foiund during the plyo workout at the beginning my knees were getting sore so I followed Pam (the modifier) and after a while, I was able to do more! I hope I helped!

A vegetarian can do the program no problem! The trainer, Tony Horton, is a vegan! Just make sure to ramp up your proteins! Sugar is a weakness of mine too! I messaged you and I will send a friend request! :)

I agree! I hate ad campaigns that celebrate "real women" but still show unhealthy, obese women. Dove soap comes to mind.

ChaLean Extreme from www.beachbody.com is a great starter program. Also, 30 Day Shred from Jillian Michaels is available in most stores and costs about $10. It's only a 20min workout so you have to pair it up with something else (I did, at least).
