My first time through, this time last year, I lost quite a few inches. I was very pleased with my results. I then began weight lifting and was dedicated for 6 long months. I already told you...multi vitamin and an Omega 3 Fish Oil. Plus I take the Women's Energy and Metabolism vitamin. I'm gonna resign as your coach since you no longer beleive a word I say unless you read it on MFP. LOL

I'm still shredding. I tried Level 3 yesterday and about 14 minutes in my player died. I have to admit, I was thankful for that...it was a killer. The leg workout on level 3 the day after my intense lower body leg workout was just too much on my hams. Gonna go back to Level 2 today for a couple more days and then hit level…

I usually will fix eggs some way or another b/c they are so quick. Omelet or I just have some bacon on the way to work...I fix it in the microwave while I get ready. Quick and easy.

Steph...it does depend on if you're just starting your journey or have been working on it. I think you'll really notice changes when you start Level 2. You're probably getting more toned and don't realize it yet but look at your muscles not so much inches right now. It is working. Hang in there.

I get upset with any weight gain but not enough to get discouraged. Especially during PMS time b/c I know it will go back down. Our bodies retain more fluid right before and during that week, just don't get on the scale during that time if it bothers you....that is my suggestion. Don't be so hard on yourself that week.…
