I ask myself, am I hungry enough to eat celery? If not, I drink some water. I think once in the past year I actually ate the celery.

Fast food has always been my greatest downfall. I just had to stop, 100%. When I try to work stuff in, I fail. I set a goal to go 30 days fast food free, then I went to 60. If we migrate to a new group, perhaps a migration to weekly challenges also. They could still be something like water, check in each day with how much you drank. The person at the end of the week with the most "wins" and can pick the next weeks challenge. I think weekly would be a lot easier to carry on long term, but will…

I had a fitbit, went to a bodymedia, went back to the fitbit. The bodymedia gives good data, but I really hated wearing it and they charge a monthly fee to use their website.

Just start with logging. Dont worry about staying under calories, just log to see where you are at for a week. Then the next week, take another small step in the right direction. You will get there
