If you are in Lombard, head to the Dupage Children’s museum in Naperville. There is a nice river walk in downtown Naperville, and also Centennial Beach. You can swim, take a paddle boat ride, all kinds of stuff. I would also recommend Brookfield zoo, they have some cool exhibits going on.

I started Zumba when i was 350+. I started with the game on Wii, and I hated it. Once I took an actual class I loved it. Now I can play on the Wii again because I get what is going on, and all the moves. A lot of the songs/moves are the exact same from the classes.

When I did weight watchers you were supposed to eat 2 tsp of olive oil every day. I was out of points for the day, but didnt have my oil yet, so I decided to put it on a spoon and take it like medicine. No. Never again. Ever.

I would still do it. You might feel so good on day 14 that you wont want to drink. If not, its only one day and it is a special occasion.
