I usually only shop once a week. I keep a paper towel in the container or bag with any type of greens, its absorbs the mousture and keeps them fresh. When the paper towel gets damp, I throw it away and put in a new one. A bag of salad can last 2 weeks this way.

Pretty much everyday for me: Breakfast - eggs with homemade turkey sausage Lunch - huge salad with grilled chicken and avocado Dinner - Roasted veggies, some type of protein Snack - apple with almond butter

Will you lose weight? Yes. Can you stay sane at 1200 calories? Maybe, that depends on you. I tried, it just wasn't enough for me. Im much happier eating at what MFP recommends. Ive learned when I try to rush things, I get burned. Give it a go, you will know in matter of days if you can keep it up or not.

I started at over 300 lbs. Like others said there are some adjustments to form, my stomach was getting in the way sometimes, but its all good now. Just lost my office gym that had all the heavy weights without the people staring, not sure what Im going to do now.

I set sail on a Caribbean cruise 4 weeks from today! Leaving out of Puerto Rico to St Thomas, St Croix, St Lucia, St Kitt and Guadalupe. Im trying to do the best I can with food and exercise until then, I dont want to be uncomfortable on the long flight down there. There will be plenty of things to eat while away!
