You can do a Metamucil type fiber or pills once a day . = Both slow working so no added issues.

I've been going to Goodwill. I bought 2 pair of jeans, a blouse, 1 packers shirt, 1 brewers shirt and a new ($35) sweater with the tags still on for $31. I still have my baggy clothes though because I love them.

I have found that by the time many people have come to MFP they are in "ME" mode. Not in a negative way but they have put themselves last for so long that it is time to care for themselves. For some there is no extra time or energy to care for one more person who can only take. The nice thing is they are putting it out…

No. I'm only sad when I don't work out and have fewer calories to eat. I agree that talking with a medical professional may be a good idea. Eating properly and losing weight could be a slippery for some - better to cut it off at the pass so you can be safe and healthy.

I love sugar. I can eat it from a bowl, just like that. I really love sugar. Anyway, I will try fruit or I'll have a coffee with low fat creamer(I make it pretty sweet). My cravings have subsided tremendously though and I hope the same happens for you. Good luck!

I say so many of these things on purpose but still hate it when people do it because they think they are correct. LOL! My biggest peeve is when a "th" is replaced with an "f". North=Norf South=Souf Oh and I ask people who say liberry if they pick liberries from a liberry bush. :tongue:

This is the first time I'm using a trainer so it is very different this time around. That being said, my sides tapered nicely first then my tummy as a whole had been shrinking. We still have some jiggle in the middle but the change is quite noticeable.
