look into hemp protein. Bobs Red Mill sells some :) I like to blend it with chia seeds that have been soaked to pudding consistency and blend with some melted almond butter. Really tasty!

800 mg daily (about 2 capsules. 1 in the morning, 1 before bed)

Can I recommend a magnesium citrate supplement? It's pretty much killed my chocoholism (and I also sleep like a friggin' boulder at night now)
-
I like Fage & Chobani best (in that order), and Dannon tastes alright too. It's Yoplait that tastes like complete crap

For me, it's not a diet. Diet usually has a negative connotation attached to it. This is something I plan on doing the rest of my life. When you think of it in the dictionary form of "diet", then "diet" is what you choose to fuel your body with on a daily basis. IE: a lion's DIET consists of meat, a horse's DIET is herbs…

Me. I follow a Primal/Paleo lifestyle.

if it doesn't have a mom or come from the earth, don't eat it. Check out: Paleo Diet Primal Blueprint Perfect Health Diet And Raw Food Diet all are about eating whole, unprocessed foods (the first 2 are my favorite, and most delicious IMO)

I'm a Stepford Wife, minus the good looks, mechanical interior, and outstanding house keeping

No. He outran me.

I've heard adding whey (the watery stuff on top of yogurt when you open a container) helps it keep longer.
-
mmmm! Add some chipotles & adobo & I'm in heaven

a couple tablespoons of coconut cream concentrate is very filling to me. I also made a super yummy snack the other day of cacao butter, coconut cream concentrate, shredded unsweetened coconut, and butter, all melted together. Scrumptious!
-
the "coconut milk" you find by So Delicious & Silk is a coconut flavored beverage, NOT coconut milk. You want delicious coconut milk? Make your own or pick up a can of Native Forest :)

Avoid. It's the new HFCS.

eat real, whole, natural foods. The weight will come off!
-
what WeightWars said. Round to the nearest fraction (but it's better to overestimate than underestimate, so be honest with yourself)
-
Every day. Luckily I have a husband who I could pretty much just blurt out a random sound to & he knows what I want.
-
Since you asked-- go to your local book store today and buy a copy of Everyday Paleo by Sarah Fragoso. Now, before anyone jumps all over me, I just want to put out there that the book is filled with just good ol' fashioned, clean eatin' recipes. I think EVERY family, irregardless of their way of eating, should own a copy.…

Oscar Mayer & Hormel both make uncured bacon. All natural, chem-free, happy piggy! They are more expensive than regular bacon, but worth it, IMO
-
Seriously! Don't you just feel.... SAD when you eat turkey bacon? I mean, REALLY! Arctic Zero "Ice Cream" and fat free greek yogurt has also had all the happy taken out of them.
-
I like Coleman's Uncured Hickory Smoked All Natural bacon. I'd rather have full fat, uncured than frankenfood turkey bacon with all the happy taken out. I like it super chewy, barely cooked.
-
try brussel sprouts with ghee *dies of deliciousness*

Blackberries are my vice. I've stopped buying them. Too easy to eat the whole pack.
-
cut fruit. Just until you reach your goal weight. Cut bread, too. It's super carby. So is pasta. if you need a fruity treat, go for berries. They tend to be lower carb than other fruit. the body can't tell the difference between a bag of flour & a bag of sugar, fwiw
-
yup, stretch. Muscles are sexy. I have Olympian sprinter thighs, and feel like my calves are more like young tree trunks than legs, but stretching & continuing on the path should help get them more cut :).
-
What pyro said! Muscles are sexy. Grow some. It's important to focus on carb quality as well as quantity. Scale back under 150. Eat less processed foods and more whole ones (especially those with single ingredient lists or no ingredient list at all). If it comes from the earth or has a mama, eat it. If the ingredient list…

they're also loaded with sugar & chemicals. Personally, I don't approve. There are better, more natural, WHOLE FOOD options. JMO.

healthy fats like codex mentioned, plus meat, LOTS of veggies, and some fruit. I'm also on a LC lifestyle, and my diary is public if you'd like to reference it.

I divorced my scale last month. He was an abusive lover. Played mind games and made me obsess about every little thing. So now I only see him when I have to (like if I'm going for a really long walk where I know I'll burn a TON of cals and need to update my HRM weight for accuracy)
