I weigh every Saturday morning, after going for a wee, naked and on an empty stomach. As far as I know you are supposed to weigh around the same time of day each time as the body fluctuates during the day, so if you weigh in the morning and then before bed, you will see a big difference.

That's not a problem for me as I don't like water. However, you guys have inspired me to drink more so today is a fresh start for me - 8 cups of pure water here I come. x

I'm a stay at home mum and I love to cook from scratch for my family. But it can be pricey so I only do it about 4-5 times per week. Would love to share recipes with everyone.

Seems to be the same for most people. I think it's about staying busy so that I don't focus on food. Sometimes I feel eating at night is just a bad habit I've gotten into. If I have something to keep me busy whilst watching the box (painting my nails, playing the DS, on laptop), then I generally forget about the cravings.…

Hello, I'm 5ft3 & want to loose more like 22lbs (to reach 9st), think that might be a little ambitious though......lol Good luck finding ur twin xx
