I ran across the Keto subreddit on reddit. I read and thought about it for a few weeks and then just tried it. 3 months and almost 40 pounds later, it's working.

Absolutely. I never felt sluggish or lazy before. I never really got the concept of extra energy ither. But, I'm chock full of it now.

Thanks for the plugin. I needed that. I'm getting this to work great with firefox. But, not at all with chrome on my mac. walking is walking. Treadmill or sidewalk it's pretty much the same. Type in walking and use the speed closest to what you did.

I'd post this in the reddit/r/keto group. I bet you get better answers. But, my limited understanding is this, you can hard alcohols. But, while your body is burning off the alcohol it won't be burning fat.

I'm just about to start a low carb diet. I suggest you search the groups for "KETO" and join those groups. Both of them are full of success stories. I fell upon this plan on reddit.com/r/keto . It's worth a look. Full of success stories.

Complete nerd. I'm not technically dieting yet. This week I'm eating as normal to et some baseline calorie ans carb counts. Next week I start Keto.
