Sure is helpful to see this. I lost a great deal from Sept. to Jan and then it just stopped. I took some photos in January, but haven't since. Maybe time to break out the camera again. You really have made improvements, congratulations!!

I get a garden burger with lettuce bun, it's barely any calories. I get broccoli as the side. It's a decent meal.

Subluxation/patellar tracking issue. This can often be helped with strengthening and patellar taping/kinesio-taping. See your doc and then a physical therapist.

135 is my goal. I looked good at 135 when I was working out so was solid. I think I look healthy at that weight.

People going to the ED for non-emergent problem is part of the problem here in the U.S.

I agree with the folks who said: delicious, low calorie, and no photo-estrogens. I was way too heavy on soy and then started with the almond milk. I prefer it. It is so good in smoothies, I mix it with protein powder and avocado and it is a creamy power-packed shake.

I just got the 99 dollar one, it is called the fitbit one. I really like it. It measures sleep as well as stairs climbed. My mother in law has the fitbit zip and that works well for her, it is 59 dollars. I really like how it syncs with MFP and my iphone. I'm still trying to figure out the best way for them to work well…

I love the fitbit one. I got it about 10 days ago and it is very motivating. I have monitored it in my car and it doesn't count steps when I am driving as others have reported with the ultra. The only thing that isn't quite right is its mileage estimates. It will say I walked 5 miles when I did 3, but it counts my steps…
