I really wish that I could help you. My husband works in Columbus, but I am not over there very much myself. My husband did tell me that they have several really nice YMCA gyms around town. There is 1 right across the street from where my husband works on Second Avenue. It is fairly new and super nice!

I have the opposite problem. People that I've known my entire life keep telling me that I need to eat and that I am too skinny. Grrr. It's so frustrating. I am healthy and in shape. I would most definately eat more. You need to be eating above your bmr. Research Eat More 2 Weigh Less on here and it will tell you how to figure TDEE and all that.

Cardio is great for shedding pounds, weights are good for shedding inches. I would try to incorporate both.

Mine has gotten somewhat better. Nothing like the cottage cheese look that I used to have. But I don't know if it will ever go completely away. One reason is that is where I carry all my weight in my butt and thighs and second, I have heard that it has to do with genetics.
