I don't usually take a gym bag.. Another PHENOMENAL form of exercise where the time flys is ZUMBA!!!! I don't work up much of a sweat when I run a mile at 6mph however when I do ZUMBA I start sweating almost immediately (Okay maybe within the first 5 minutes) and I don't stop! It's a COMPLETE all over workout and it's FUN!! Who knew working out could be…
