I'm proud of us too because sticking with it is hard work in itself. lol pushing play has never been so hard.

This was the hardest for me. it might have just been because I was tired, but im not to sure. hopefully I get better. :smile:

I guess I associated it with being a problem because, I like many other people have been "programmed" to think that when you are trying to lose weight you should eat less. I have been hearing so much about clean eating, but I'm not to sure what it is. Is it basically just cutting out processed food( like fast food)??

I have got to start getting up early doing these things. The later in the day it gets the less I want to do it.
