No change, that's good I guess.

I think so but with that being said if you feel your ready you can move up to level 2. Good luck with it.
-
Congrats, that is just AWESOME!!!!

I'm back from my vacation, I'll weigh in tomorrow, I was up a bit (1 lb), but I think that it might have been water weight. I hope so. Everyone is doing so well. Missed you guys, let's kick some butt today!
-
Final weigh-in was 153.9. Didn't make my goal but that's okay with me.

Hi there, my starting weight is 153.9. My goal is 152 by Labour Day. I will be away for about 2 weeks so I won't be able to weigh myself, but I will be logging in and eating right. Good luck all and I'll catch up with you then. Take care Carrie

I'm in again! I'll let you know on Monday what my starting weight is and my goal. Thanks for all your hard work.
-
Well the scale finally moved. I'm really happy. I'm down to 153.9. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
-
That's wonderful!!! I might have to try that (a calories burned goal). What a great accomplishment.
-
Congrats, way to go!!

Well I haven't lost any weight but.....I went away for a 5 day weekend with my hubby and kids and I stayed the same. I'm in complete shock. I don't think I'll make this goal but that's okay. I'm happy with maintaining right now until the kids go back to school. Have an awesome week everyone.

Hi everyone, First of all you are all doing soooooo well. Very proud of every single one of you. Sorry I haven't been on here much (a lot of family drama going on), I'm still doing my workouts and eating right but the scale is not budging. I started doing one of my Jillian Michaels DVD (No More Trouble Zones) along with…
-
bump, I want to try this!
-
You should eat at least 1200 calories per day--minimum. You should also eat your calories back that you've burned. I know it sounds weird but it works.
-
Nothing, I've hit another wall. I think I need to eat more (which is still sounds weird), I'm burning too many calories and not eating enough back.
-
Oh sweetie, don't be so hard on yourself. You are a beautiful woman with a wonderful husband and two special little babies. You will get your groove. This place is an awesome start off with. I know exactly how you feel, but you need to remember how lucky you are first and foremost. Find some sort of exercise that you enjoy…
-
you definately need to do both!
-
Just checking in, no change yet.
-
I'm adding riding my bike with the kids too, along with my running.
-
For sure the 3lb weights. You'll really tone your arms with them. Good luck.
-
You'll be okay, have a nice light dinner and lots of dinner. It was just one meal, but seriously drink lots of water because of the sodium.
-
Morning all, I'm in too. My starting weight is 154.8 and I'd like to be 152 at the end of our challenge. Good luck all!
-
I agree with the other posts, eat lots of fiber, drink lots of water. Eat as "clean" as possible (no processed food) and your body should work it all out. Just to add a side note I've heard/read that when you do a colon cleanse it talkes away the good bacteria as well and you don't want that. I wish you luck.
-
I'm proud to post my final weight at 154.8! So close to my goal, it's exciting!:glasses:
-
Holy Mother of Pearl I reached my goal. I weighed in today, thought I would just see where I was and it said 154.8, I couldn't believe it. :noway: So I weighed myself on a different scale and it said the same thing. I'm soooooo happy  Have an awesome long weekend everyone. Going to the cottage tomorrow and my…

This is what I was going to say as well. What about swimming/aqua aerobics?
-
On my off days (no running), I'm going to take my dog for a walk or a light jog. She's too small to go for one of my runs, so a walk/little jog will be good for her. She'll like it. What are you going to do?
-
was it an interior window?
-
OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's awesome, congrats. We knew you could do it!

I did my weigh-in today, I felt pretty good this morning. I'm down to 156.5. Woohoo, I'm now down 40lbs since I started MFP. Thank you everyone who has been with me through out these challenges. Your positive attitude and encouragement doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks to you.
