                wednesday! food: didn't have bread ( i have celiac so don't often have bread anyways :P lol) strength: 100 squats, got it. barely, but did. and always drink that much water before it's even noon so...yea... also i've done cardio every day this week so far (20 min of 30DS a day, plus two C25k workouts) :) winning.

                55 done in 2 sets (1-30 1-25) score! :)

                nice job!! keep it up!! and i think as long as you replace cardio with cardio and strength with strength, you''ll be fine. its basically all the same stuff, just mixing it up a little. do what feel right and what you wont hurt yourself doing !

                did level 1 AND level 2 today. i forgot how wonderful level 1 is. ah i've missed it.

                completed 100 pushups (not counting the pushups included in my 30DS) also over half of the pushups were the modified-on-the-knees-version and the rest were real ones and did another 150 crunches. Ate 3 veggies. and have drank 6 glasses of water so far...will drink more as the day progresses. Day 2: complete

                See that's the thing, I always wonder if i'm doing things wrong because my muscles are NEVER sore? maybe i just don't get into it enough? I think i do...but idk... also i haven't done the extreme movesyet, only the modified versions, but that's because i have flat feet and they tend to react badly to jump moves... So glad…

                Monday: did all 150 crunches!!!! (this was AFTER i already did level 2 of 30DS and W2D1 of C25k!!! :D :D, i also did 45 squats for another challenge i'm in. big day today! uff da) Also drank about 8 cups of water so far, will be drinking more soon. And didn't add sugar to anything. :) Day 1=complete.

                45 squats. i feel like i'm dying. i tacked them on to then end of level two of 30DS. as well as 150 crunches. uff da. shaking it was such a touch workout!

                i know! i HATE level 2. I dread it every single day. all i can say is that i've heard level 3 is easier and taht two is the hardest and i'm hoping they're right. However. it DOES get a little better. i'm just about to do my sixth day today (starting as soon as i finish typing this) of level two, and i can make it through…

                so quick question for the challenge: do the ones like salt and sugar mean ADDED salt/sugar or what's already in there? For example...fruit has sugar...and i don't really wanna give that up for a day ...

                i'm 5'6'' and would love to be 120, though i wonder if i'd be just skin and bones at that point? it's still what i'm shooting for. i'm not sure why that number...it just sounds nice? it sounds pretty...adn thin... hm

                I'm doing 30 Day Shred right now. The work outs are tough, but doable. I can't say whether I've gotten results yet or not as i'm only about halfway through...but I will be able to tell you on October 12! :) Anywho, if you're looking for something short and effective... i'd say 30DS is pretty legit.
