I'm barely getting back into it! With an hour commute each way it's difficult. For me I started small like trying to get my 8 hours of sleep. Eat right as much as possible- avoid office snacks! And workout when I can. Just making better choices until I'm more stable to add more to my plate

its always been a lifestyle change for me and i'm gradually winning at it! 10 lbs in about 1.5 years instead of like 6 months and then gaining twice as much! WOO HOO!

oh college life! well i'm not the best source for information but usually a portion of meats should be the size of your palm. why dont you try loading up on fruits and veggies to get filled up? I completely agree! I got real sick too and now that its summer, i've been trying to relax and now that i'm tapering off meds, i CAN FINALLY CONTROL MY CRAVINGS and try to slim down a bit :) anyone feel free to add me! i need a lot of motivation haha
