hi fellow my fitness pal user I'm andy 26, one day I was looking in mirror and hate what I see a obese and no self esteem I was secret eat because of lack confidence and I was sick of it I had no social life because did what to been see out in public, and I was sick of it so said to myself let's change for yourself so start research how eat healthy and training. I give myself target to lose 10% of my weight in three months, I started cycling to work each morning, I join the gym I got 4 times a week and swimming, I look on Internet for diet tips I came across my fitness pal so keep track of my cal on there so far lost 3 pounds, my long term goals is to get down around about 200lbs I know going hard journey but this will help me in my life.

    Hi! Glad that something finally clicked and you decided to make lifestyle changes! I hope you stay motivated throughout your journey! It will be hard, you will give up, but during those times you just gotta accept that you failed and try again the next day!
