I always wanted to be the cute thin mom, but really I need to lose at least 15 lbs to be in a healthy range for the pregnancy. 5/1: 207.8 5/31: Goal 200. It's a push, but I would like to be out or…

There is a lot of good information. I have two girls too, 4 and 2 at the moment. I log everything I eat and do not keep chip or other things in the house. I will eat a lot of things I make for the girls just smaller quantities. Also, I will do workouts videos. I have 2lbs weights for me and 1lb weights for my girls. They…

I started made it 12 days only. My husband was doing it with me and he just got "too busy". I didn't keep up with it. I don't have pictures but I could tell a difference. Plan to start it again on Nov 10th. There is a reason for the date. Want to start a group?

Do you still log on the weekends? People have given great advice. I finally got tired of undoing all my hard work during the week and it made me cook during the weekend and just making decisions to pack food or eat at home. It's honestly all about moderation and not making yourself totally miserable. If you make yourself…

It's all about your routine. I started just tracking food for two maybe three weeks. Then I got a friend to go walking with me so we did that three days a week for a month. After that, I joined a gym with another friend, started 30 day shred with my husband and still walk with original friend. All this while logging food.…

Oh I need to do this! Are you on the 21 day fix plan? I wondered about it, but I've been doing well on this so why pay for something else right? I was just curious if you felt it is helping a lot and worth it.
