Skinny Caramel Macc/ You can usually see if they have "skinny" versions of your drink of choice. Sadly White Chocolate Mocha you like doesn't come skinny.

I would stress eat a lot a my old position. I had to eliminate the temptation of the snacks and tracking really helped. When I realized how much my emotional eating was making me consume I stopped. Best of luck! I'm right there with you. It's time to make a change!

I am close to your starting weight. I'm only 5lbs down but starting good habits at least! Best of luck and add a lot of people the motivation everyone provides will help you.

Hey I'm kind of there with you except my little one is a 1 1/2. I have 63lbs to lose total due to my pregnancies and I'm 32 as well. I'm hoping to lose 40lbs by next July and possibly have another kid. I want to establish a good routine so I don't gain a ton of weight again.

Where in Texas?

This got a little out of hand...lol Thanks for the clarification

I just take it off and re-sync it. Normally fixes the issue. I've had an issue were I register my workout with my Blaze and it doesn't translate over to MFP. I think it's more of a programming thing between the sites.

This is me too! I was really struggling today. I logged everything I brought with me at the beginning of the day and then even told my staff to stop me if they saw me eating anything else. I just went on with my day and it wasn't as bad. I'm sure once this becomes routine I won't even notice it any more. The hard days will…

I can't find you on there. It would only allow emails.

I'm late but want to join. I'm going to be a newbie and start with only 30miles. It will still be a lot for me since I'm not a runner at all. Trying to start Couch to 5k.

I'm in! What is the tracking method on this?
-
I'll join you! I'm about to be 33 and needing to lose 60lbs so close.

I have a similar experience to you and it bothers me to no end. I honestly try to ignore it and move on. If they are forward I try to just get out of situation. You can't do much about others peoples action just your response to them.

Thank you all. I'm just a little worried about back sliding but this isn't a trip we take often. We went once for my birthday and now we are going back. I'll make sure we take out running shoes and plan things out a little. @Rogstar yes there is a ton to do beside gambling and drinking. We went when we were little and my…

Thanks guys some days I do get a full hour for lunch so I guess I could walk around here. We don't really have a gym near us I could work out, shower, change and head back, but it would be great if I could do that. My husband and I are working on trying to eat as healthy as possible. It's been a little bit of a struggle…

I don't post much, but this is the same thing I would say. Don't feel bad I was in the same position " I think" you were in when you posted this comment. My co-workers eat crap and there is always junk in the office. I have a hard time resisting and gained all the weight I lost previously. Keep up the work and hopefully…

It's the way the express the term that is a myth. 100 lbs of feathers will wieght the same as a 100 lbs of bricks, but you will need a lot more feathers to make that 100lbs then you will those bricks. Muscle takes up "less room" then fat will in your body, does that make sense?

Congrats that's awesome!

I'm a regular 28 days and when I work out it will definitely get off. It seems the harder I work out the more messed up it gets. I talked to my OB and she said it's normal. Your body will slowly start getting use to the extra activity and will adjust itself eventually. One thing I like is that it was getting lighter and my…

I would say keep going at it. You body will soon get use to the change in schedule. I got married and moved an hour away from work. So I wake up at 4:30 now a days. I would love to work out in the mornings so I started changing my alarm clock to 4:15 and soon to 4:00 until I can get use to getting up that early. Luckily we…

Congrats! I'm sure that was a great step and will keep you motivated to keep going.
