I started it about a year ago and haven't looked back. Totally worth it for me as it lowered my blood pressure and increased my energy level.

I have a pair of Nike slim fit capris style that I really like. There is a key pocket in the top of the pants which I only just discovered today. lol

I only workout at home so the Wii had been awesome. I LOVE EA active 2 and it really does give a challenging workout for a "game". I also really love Gold's Gym Cardio workout...It's a boxing themed workout and while the graphics are kind of lame it gives a great cardio workout and it's fun. Wii fit is fun for games and…

I'm about 30 lbs lighter than when I got married and my rings won't stay on. I can put them on my middle finger but I need to get them sized by at least 3/4 - 1 full ring size.

i want to know too!

I eat a plant based vegan diet to manage my blood pressure without medication. There are too many side effects to medications for me to want to take them so if I can avoid them I'm going to. It's working for me so far. Going on one year and feeling great!

I was hoping there wasn't eggs in this. I wonder if you could sub something for the eggs and it would turn out? Looks amazing!

Soy is pretty much in everything processed and packaged so it's very hard to avoid. Just check out the allergen information on packaging and it'll probably be there. I eat tofu occasionally, once or twice every couple of weeks. I think there is a lot of misinformation surrounding it as well, probably funded by the meat and…

I count herbal tea as water but if it has caffine or I'm adding milk to it I don't count it.

or salsa!

I make a citrus dijon one. 2 tbsp dijon (I do not recommend grey poupon, its too strong) 1 tbsp orange juice 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp agave (or honey) It's tasty.

I decided to go plant based after seeing that movie too. Feel free to add me! :)

I am since January. I'm mildly obsessed with Happy Herbivore recipes and own all her cookbooks now. Anyone feel free to add me.

You look really great! Be proud of that! I'm 5'7" too and trying to get to 140 and then see how I feel. You're giving me the motivation today that I need to get it done! Thanks for posting!

I switched to a plant based diet in January. Feel free to add me. :)

If he dropped 50 then they probably are not used to seeing him at a normal weight for his height. If they just met him off the street would they think the same? People are used to seeing overweight people.

Here are a few combo's that I like..... banana, walnuts and cinnamon Berries & vanilla yogurt on top sprinkle with cinnamon Applesauce, raisins and cinnamon. Sliced banana and 1 tbsp of chocolate chips. Apparently I am a fan of cinnamon and oatmeal.

It's not just you. I tend to put on a few and get bloated big time...and kinda cranky and want to eat everything in sight too! Just enjoy your Thanksgiving. Maybe just watch your portions and chug the water.

I would like to know too...bumping for later.

I agree with this. You have to find what works for you and what is important to you and go from there. There is a lot of information to sift through and it can be overwhelming when just starting out. I just went one meal at a time and I'm still going....

I don't know that you need a specific plan to adopt a plant based diet. I went plant based in January and they cookbooks that helped me the most were the Happy Herbivore and Engine 2 Diet books. Happy Herbivore uses easy to find ingredients that aren't expensive and her recipes are very easy. She also offers weekly meal…

I second this! I have used her meal plans and they are great. Her cookbooks are awesome too.

My goal weight right now is 140. Sitting at around 146 right now. I'm going to see how I feel at 140 and decide if I want to go for the extra 5 but right now I'm thinking 140 will be good for me. I'm trying to get rid of my pooch from 2 c-sections, not even sure it can be done.

Google had this website. http://www.yummly.com/recipes/vegan-wonton-wrappers Could up substitute spring roll wrappers?

I'm 5'7" and started MFP with a BMI of 24.2. I'm going for a BMI of 22 which for me is 140 lbs. The weight is coming off and so far I haven't plateaued. I'm trying to switch up my workouts to keep my body guessing. If anyone wants to add me feel free!

I'm her friend on MFP that uses the Happy Herbivore Meal Plans. The food for the most part is delicious and filling. She also has a website with many recipes on it. Cheese is a tough one to cut back on or completely out of your diet. I found after a few weeks I didn't crave it anymore. Good luck! I should add that…

There is a great book to start you out and it's the Idiot's Guide to Plant Based Eating. I really found it a light, helpful read when I switched over. I watched Forks over Knives and have the Engine 2 Diet book as well. The cook books that I find make it really simple with everyday ingredients are the Happy Herbivore…

http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-4771/10-Vegan-Sources-of-Protein.html This might help! Also, Seitan has a lot of protein in it (about 24 grams for 4 oz)

I'm working out at home. I use some of the Wii fitness games and I have some home videos as well like Jillian Michaels and step aerobics. I have 2 young girls and a husband who is away so going to the gym is non-existent for me.

I don't remember what show I saw this on but they said to put a stick of celery in the front of the fridge. If you are truly hungry you'll eat it but if you go looking for something else there is probably something else going on like stress or emotional eating.
