A doctor would tell you to always maintain at least 1200 net calories. You're burning muscle & messing up your metabolism. As someone with hypothyroidsm, I can promise you're gonna need to keep your metabolism going healthy.

I'm 5'7, 217 lbs, and just getting into comfortable 14's now. It depends on how you're doing it. Muscle weighs more than fat. The last time I was a size 14, I was 185-190.

The diet is low cal, that's why it's limited to 3 days on, 4 days off. However, it works. My friend gave it a test drive & lost 6.7 lbs. That's not 10, but she also doesn't eat tuna.
