  • Anyone? I also did some power walking for 20 mins today up a steady hill wearing my tone trainers and it said I burned 300 cals! I was checking my pulse manually too so I was ave 130-140bpm but cals burned still seems high!
  • Hello all :-) I'm up in Moray. Lost 5 stone a few years ago (needed to lose 7) but have slowly but surely put backon nearly 3! Used weight watchers before going to try here first this time as the iPhone app is great
