im a size 12 and want to get back into a size 10, or lower!!!!

i done the shred before this is my 2nd time and so far im at levle one and jest did day 2 :)

i did the 30 day shred and for witer break at school i planing on doing it in 10 days that mean all 3 works out in one day 10 days but level 3 was the hardest for me so good luck and hopefully by winter break im still back inshpae from doing it.

i REALLY need some one to help keep me on the right track right now im slakng because i finish the jillian michaels 30 day shred not i have no work outs cuz i cant find any good ones on you tube so have to buy a dvd but i hav't done that yet i got to get back into shape!

you can alwaya put a lil hot sos or like what i do put extra jalapeno on my sandwhich its a good way to raise your metabolism and burn more calories in your work outs!!!

i do it from time to time and mostlikly wont be able to work off a lil of the calories before bed

its simple jest eat healthly foods like fruit and veg. those foods are low in calories and when you burn the calories don't eat what you lost. its good to gain your calories back from doing work outs.

not sure how much i can run i jest know that cardio is the #1 thing i do to get into shape my family and i play soccer so i bet you think that i do alot of running :P
