Hello Everyone,
I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. You can call me Mel.... I'm 37 year old mom of two girls and recently divorced. I lost 40 pounds last year, mostly I think due to the stress but then gained 30 back! I think once the waters calmed I didn't... I'm looking to connect here and achieve my weight loss goals of the 30 that i gained back plus 10 more pounds. I do try to log everything in although sometimes I forget. Does anyone have any pointers or advise? Thanks much! Looking forward to hearing back :-)

keep up with your food diary everyday!! you look like you're 22! good luck0

Welcome! My advice is always under estimate your workout time when logging it. IMO My Fitness Pal over does the calories burned. And make sure you eat at least 1200 calories everyday, otherwise you're starving yourself. Feel free to send me a friend request0
