When I need-yes I said need chocolate, I drink a super chocolate hot cocoa. It consist of: 4 oz of of skim milk, 1oz of carnation evaported milk, 1/2 a packet of Swiss hot cocoa, and 7 semi sweet cholate chips. It yeilds 110 calories, but only 1.5 grams of fat. I would continue the 1200 calories a day, but aim to burn 600 of those daily.I recommand doing a HITT workout with a Fire daily! I hope that this helps! Good luck!

I add 4 slices of lemon and a 1/4 cupf rasberries to my water jug in the morning. The fruit flavor last for 64-72oz of water. Try it sometimes.
