I started yesterday May 29th. I completed the lower body workout yesterday and the upper body workout today. I am also adding in extra cardio. I can't wait to see the results after 6 weeks. :)

I completed another 9 miles of running!!!! My goal is 150 miles total. 126 more miles to go!!!! :)

From 11/26-12/1 I have completed 12 miles! My goal is 150 miles for this month. 138 miles left to go!! Woo hoo!!!! :)

Okay I did it! I completed level 1 day 1. That was very hard. The hardest for me are the push ups. I had to do the modified ones. I'm hoping to be able to do the real push ups not on my knees by the end of this. Good luck to everybody! :)

Hi, I also gained a lot of weight after getting married. It looks like we have a lot in common. I have been married for a year and a half and I have a dog and no kids as well. I would love to be your weight loss buddy and we could motivate each other along the way. :)
