I can certainly relate: My 'spiral' started Friday night. I did well all day, did my exercise and then Friday night I had popcorn and icecream. Since then I have not exercised and It has been a 'free for all' (as someone else mentioned) Yesterday I logged my calories, which I don't normally do when I'm not doing the right…

I'm the same, I have a perfect few weeks and then I have a binge which is generally the beginning of the end:( I'm there now. Count me in!!!

Thanks for your replies. I pre-log my food and exercise everyday. I generally don't have the food in the house, I have to go out and get it. I'm not entirely sure that it's not emotional it just doesn't seem to be. I could be wrong. I agree with you kooltray, I do know what I'm supposed to do, I just need to do it.

Me too. I have been coming on here for about 3 weeks and I don't have any friends. I would love the support too.

I am the same. My husband works away. I started my "healthier living 2 weeks ago and lost 6 kgs. He's back this week and I've put on 1.6kgs. It's nothing he does, He doesn't eat the wrong things all the time. I just seem to want to eat the wrong things when he's around.
