I read her profile and was wondering what type of "meal plan" she is on. Maybe she is on a gain plan as opposed to weight loss, idk.

its under cardio....if you dont feel the calorie burn is enough stated, then wear a heart rate monitor

that's a good question....mixing ranch spices with greek does taste surprisingly good, but yeah, there is that "tang" thats hard to get rid of.

Food is going to taste bland without salt. If you dont have a medical problem a little salt is not bad for you. Some people get used to the taste without salt after awhile...makes you eat less if it doesnt tast so good! I started putting savory on my veggies and in soups, it enhances the flavor. Research online what spices…

As I couldn't find arrowroot I substituted cornstarch. These were not bad if you wanted to eat your protein instead of drink it and it was easy to put together. Smelled good baking! I have to limit my fat to 20 grams per day due to a medical condition...olive oil would put me way over.

Look up a "Tian"..I just made.Martha Stewart's, very simple and easy...,.Garlic, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, summer squash. Didnt even use the oil and came out great.
