I have a pair of New Balance with the Vibram material ... I've broken two toes on my right foot several times, and they just won't fit into the ones with toes. They give decent support for my flat feet, and I love the fit of them!

Certainly sounds like asthma to me ... reflux doesn't cause quite the same "my lungs are on fire" sensation. I'd get it checked out ... Good luck!

I normally do strength training at the gym, but am off for the summer with my 4 and 5-1/2 year-old boys, so have switched to kettlebells until September ... easier to do than figure out the gym's byzantine daycare rules/schedule.

I've been "replacing" my stress eating with exercise ... when I feel I need to eat because of stress, I'll go do yoga or go for a run for about 20 minutes.
