I usually crave chocolate. Yes, weigh-ins are sundays, but you can message your team leader on friday or whichever day close to sunday (not after sunday), that works for you. I've had people that weigh themselves on Tuesdays and then they email me on sunday. So really, you can see how they could message me as early as friday or thursday night,…

HAHAHA well, not for SOMEONE I know (my best friend J) hahaha, she just HAD to and well, in 20 minutes she burned 168 calories, but she's pretty much stationary the whole time. Haha if you're more active, it will be more, hopefully a lot more. :laugh:
