It depends what you want - if it's just a week in the sun then you can't beat Sharm - we're going back there in March (one of the reasons I am on here!) Wherever you go PLEASE read Trip Advisor first, I wouldn't book a holiday without it now :)

Lovely, lovely story - thank you for sharing x

First off again this week - and I have lost 4.3lbs! WARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! So happy, I'd stalled slightly last couple of weeks but kept eating right and reminding myself that weightloss isn't linear. Thanks for all the support from everyone on here :)

Hairy Dieters FTW! They replace pasta with blanched leeks and it rocks! They also calorie reduced the bechamel sauce and seriously, it was soooo yum. I think you can make your own vaaiation of the filling - I made a meditteranean veg filling - but used the leeks and the sauce and it was a total success…

I've only been here a little over a month so I don' really know, do I? Right now I love it, I'm not stressed by the logging, I'm starting to have an idea in my head of how much I'm consuming so that when I input my food it's around about where I thought I would be. When I first joined I set a goal of where I thought I…

I had old clothes in varying sizes all around the house as I had gone from a UK size 10 up to a 16 within 4 years. I sorted through them last weekend and so now I have 3 bags waiting - Size 14 - I am only allowed to go into this bag and try stuff when I dip under 168 - 4lbs to go Size 12s and 10s - this bag will be opened…

Ok, so I love me some spicy food - but based in the UK I'd never run into Sriracha sauce. Everyone was raving about it and figured I'd order some IT'S NOT HOT ENOUGH! Seriously, I love the taste (great for creating garlic dragon breath  ) and I douse everything in it - but it's not really that spicy. Mind you I do…

This time feels COMPLETELY different and I don't really know why, it just is. My weight had been steadily creeping up and up and up. Previously I had dieted my face off and gone crazy at the gym and lost 15lbs then piled them all back on again plus a little extra. This time it's like my mindset is completely different.…

And instead of egg noodles use shirataki noodles - that will bring the calorie count right down :)

Love this x

Hey, one day's over indulgence won;t make you fat and one day's fasting won't make you thin :) Do what feels right today, if you don't want to eat then don't eat but if you do then go ahead as normal and just get back on plan. Forget about yesterday, it's gone and it's time to keep on trucking Hope you enjoyed your blow…

Totally. Since I upped my protein and fibre level I am rarely hungry which is a massive turnaround for me - I used to be ready to gnaw the leg off a donkey about an hour after eating my dinner, now I toddle off to bed still satiated from the meal I ate at 6pm. It really does make a massive difference.

I have 2 pugs - they get walked in the morning before I go to work for about 15 minutes then everyday the dog walker comes and walks them for half an hour. Then if the weather is ok when I get home they get walked again. So generally 2/3 times a day :) - on the weekends they get much longer walks from me because we all…

Good luck, I hope you carry on being successful :)

Well done you!

Red wine - probably a bottle a day.......

Well I woke up late - dogs slept with me last night and for once, they slept in so managed to miss breakfast which I don't mind doing as it makes managing my calories for the rest of the day a doddle Off out shopping so L = sandwich grabbed on the run D = chicken breast with roast broccoli - yum I'm having to stop myself…

You know the drill - log those calories, move that butt, keep your eye on the prize (which isn't necessarily the bet you've made but hey, we all need a motivator) and you CAN do it. Really good luck :)

Voted - good luck!

http://savorysweetlife.com/2009/06/a-favorite-thai-stir-fry-noodle-dish-at-home-pad-thai-recipe/ I had this - made with shirataki noodles - ridiculously good :)

All of the above and owning it! To be honest the health benefits are a nice side effet - my main motivator is to get my mojo back, to get my strut back, to be confident in my body - to get back into my rubber! Love me some latex clothing and it ain't pretty if you're carrying excess baggage. I'm 43 in a month and I refuse…
