Eat ALL the proteins.

Does anyone else have specific nutrient days?

    No, because I try to balance my protein, carb, and fat. You need all 3 in a day to lose and keep it off. Although I would have to say that every day is my protein day because I eat (drink) way more protein than the others. :p

    No, the body needs a variety of foods for optimal consumption. You get a lot of Iron in meat. Iron is more efficiently absorbed with Vit. C. Dairy and Vit. D go best together. (dairy/fish)

    I think "meatless friday" or having meat just a few days a week with getting your protein from the produce dept is one thing, but you need a mix of many things for best results.

    Leaving out a type of food is one thing, completely leaving out protein/carbs/fat is another.

    I mostly eat protein, I'm trying to get it in others forms and not just meat. I need more greens, and I have some AM carbs ;)
