Insanity is interval training (HIIT) with some circuit training thrown in. It definitely works. In my experience most people doing their own HIIT do not push themselves enough for it to be effective. I believe anyone who truly wants it...can become healthier and reach just about any goal. That being said, there are quite a few who SAY they want to lose weight, be healthy...but they don't want to put in the time,money and effort to do so. They want it, but don't want to do anything for the reward.

Wow! That's amazing... I rarely get any bad comments...but I have been lifting weights for many years. Doing so, has helped me overcome many injuries....so I really have no choice but to keep lifting..
