I eat both depending on what other ingredients I put in my omelettes. I am apt to eat more yolks if they are cage free and have the opprotunity to roam and eat bugs etc...the eggs taste and look so much healthier.

I'm here...not trying to lose weight anymore. I've been maintaining for years. YAY ME! My goals are more muscle, more definition,strength,endurance and motivating others! It can be done at this age! Regardless of limitations. :smile:

I use a tsp of olive oil and spread it on the pan and count it all.

Here are my non weight loss goals: Be able to do 20 pull-ups consistently. 1 legged squat all the way to the floor with good balance ( for Kuk Sool form I am working on) Working on becoming even more flexible.... Help at least 3 people lose 100 lbs this year.

I agree with this...you need a good complete strength training program and great nutrition. This will help change your body in many fantastic ways.

We have it too, and you do burn alot of calories. Doing CLX and using Just Dance for your cardio would be a great combo! I love that game!

Rest is just as important (if not MORE important) than the workouts and eating clean. Take your rest day and if you are pushing yourself to the limit in Insanity, then there is NO need to do anything else. If you have enough energy to jump on the treadmill after Insanity, you need to push harder. Trust me on this.:smile:
