I wholeheartedly agree that having a team/group to be accountable to is a HUGE part of success. I've found with my team, the ones who post daily, and help to support and encourage others are far more successful than the "drive bys" and people who never post.

Extra ab work is not needed with Insanity. If you must do something more, than substitute cardio abs with another routine. Just remember your abs need rest like any other muscle. :smile:

Yes, and it's worked for all my clients as well. You just have to make sure the foods you eat are quality foods...not just eating anything to reach a certain number of calories. Undereating will not get you healthy, and long term it WILL end up biting you in the butt. I know...because I lived it. I am upping my cals again…

Insanity is more intense...I know it made me starving all the time. I recommend checking your nutrition, the things you are eating seem to not be fueling you as you need. (Feeling tired is an indicator) What type of nutrition plan are you following? Are you taking the prescribed rest? Sleeping well?

I have always lifted weights and now I do basically P90X to keep me in shape. Since P90X builds muscle and explosive power, it has only made me a better martial artist. Normally that is true. In my case I have lifted weights and worked out pretty much my whole life. I grew up in a family. all of which workout,eat healthy...my dad was a bodybuilder and powerlifter (he stills competes) So, that being said I have always known how to eat, lift...etc...(oh and I am a certified persobal trainer…

Thanks for this chart...very eye opening. I have so many clients who want to take the cheap way out and they are putting crap into their bodies. Lead...mercury...I wish they put those that have sucralose in there too. NASTY!

I am a big *kitten* salad lover! If I go a day or two without one..I crave them! I have always loved salad...and always will. I like them with tons of stuff added...and homemade dressing, not the store bought crap.:smile:
