80 lbs. is totally doable if you have smaller goals leading up to your ultimate goals. Today is another one of my attempts to 're-start' my weight loss / exercise journey, and this time I'm sticking to it!! We'll motivate and support each other!! Good luck!

I have had several friends lose a lot of weight shredding! I have it, tried it and saw results, then I just stopped doing it. :( It's a little hard in the beginning but it's definitely a good work out! And it does work!! I'll be more than happy to do it with you!!!
