I'm in. Goal 40 miles.

This week I walked 7.5 miles. Total for Sept. 19.5. Goal - 30 Best part is that I'm averaging losing 1lb. a week, Yeah!!!!

Since I got a late start, I'm revising my walking goal to how many days a week I walk and not miles. My goal is to walk six days a week and to date I have accomplished two weeks of six days a week for a total of 12 miles. That's huge for me considering I haven't workout since 2009. Week 3 here I come!!!!

I just received my dvd's so I'm a little slow for the month but I will catch up! 9/8- 1 mile - walk away the pounds and this afternoon the zoo with my 6 year old daughter...does that count?
