Hi I am 5'5.5 I eat between 1200- 1400 per day and do not eat back exercise cals, I work out everyday. At weekends I allow a little more for a treat and am steadily losing 12.5lbs in 8 weeks.

My motivation is my wedding. There are days when I think I really can't be bothered the I think of how I want to look and feel on my big day and it keeps me going.

I am on the last week of month 1 and I know month 2 will be hard to begin again but I have also read that month 2 is where you get the most results this alone will keep me motivated that and 6 weeks until my wedding. Keep going you can do it!

I eat sushi once a week at least as I love it, I get ready made from a supermarket mostly and it's usually 350-400 cals per pack it maybe not as nice as restaurant sushi but I like it and it does nt do me any harm.

Happy to support but am similar to some of the other guys on here I like people who comment and support not just add and then never comment these people don't stay on my friend list for long! On here most days and try to comment as much as I can.

I think you could do it. Check with your Dr if you can and then make sure you get properly fitted for proper trainers which will help protect your joints then give it a go you will love it I do and we all have to start somewhere.

Well done you great you have found something you enjoy and no doubt a great burn too! Take it easy if you have pulled something though you don't want to be out of action for months take it from someone who knows! 5.5 months with no exercise due to injury now I listen to my body. Well done.

Definitely find a club for security and motivation and if you want to run on our own find a cycle path that's what I use good luck from a fellow runner.

Encouraging exercise is great but no weights her bones and body are still developing maybe moves without weights or something completely new you can do together? I would definitely seek advice from a Dr or Health Visitor first just to make sure though.
