Love love love subway I have one as a treat meatball marinara with vp cheese on Italian and herb bread. Sometimes a little of what you love does you good.

Make sure you have proper running trainers from a running shop and get out there the c25k is a great programme to get started. You soon warm up even when it's freezing and then when the spring comes you will be fitter, faster and able to get out and enjoy even more.

Running along the embankment would be cool, Hyde park is lovely, covent garden is nice to visit with loads of nice shops London is great so many nice things to do and see.

Add it to a pasta dish, it's lovely with gnocchi and tomato based sauce, on pizza, stuffed in a chicken breast with sun dried tomato's just a few of my favourites with goats cheese mmm.

Yes definitely you are only cheating yourself if you do not, if you want. To lose and be healthy you need to account for your calories.

It's called dysmorphia and is common, it may take time for your mind to catch up it will though and you should accept you have done great and look fab well done

I try to stay under 2000 cals and have what I fancy within that.

How many calories are you eating per day could it be that as you train hard overall you don't eat enough?

I have had my fitbit one since November and love it it really motivates me I took it running yesterday and it worked great then too!

I think you will be fine as long as you eat plenty you will definitely need to up your calories but if you get the programme the info booklets will guide you on this. You will definitely get toned just make sure you eat enough some people eat up to 2400 cals or more whilst doing Insanity. Good luck and well done on…

5'5 159 lbs and I do IF two days then 1600 the rest.

Definitely use this and try the hairy dieters cook book it has lovely recipes with all calories listed.
