Depends whats causing your sciatic pain. I swear by my foam roller & tennis balls to get rid of tension in back & hips which aggravates my sciatic nerve.

Press ups. Wide Apart for shoulders & narrow ones for backs of arms.Oh & i agree with 30 day shred advise - its an amazing workout.

Ive started doing a fitness DVD before kids get up several times a week. I have gone to fitness classes in the evening but i couldn't do more than 2 a week. I'm now exercising 4 times a week in the mornings. It works for me!
