I have a Fitbit Flex and I love it! I love that it tracks my sleep patterns and gives me a lot of motivation for getting in my steps per day goal.

I find that I experience some burn-out from running. I usually switch up my workout routine and do some other cardio (and weightlifting) excercises for a while. After a couple of weeks I find I want to start running again, so I go right back to it.

I've been doing it for at least 5 years now, and I this it's very much worth it. My reccomendations are to make sure you do it at least monthly, and be prepared for pain. I bled my first few times. And even now, I still find it hurts at times...but you do get use to the pain.

I'de be honest with the guy before he spends his cash and tell him I'm taken. If after he still wants to, sure! But it won't make a difference as I'm happily commited and will tell him that.

Egg's most definitely! Usually I like my over easy (fried with some EVOO). Or any piece of fruit....grapefruit, bananas, and raspberries are my favorite.

I was in Vegas in October and Planet Hollywood had a wicked buffet! The Spice Market Buffet has a huge variety of food - was my absolute favorite place. They have Mexican, Italian, American, Asian, Middle Eastern, and I remember they had a couple of sections that were soup and salads.

Also a no-car person...I walk everywhere and I love it!!! Long walks are one of my favorite ways of getting in cardio.

Oh god yeah, a few days before and during I crave like mad! I find that I just try and keep my protein amounts in check - maybe take more if I'm starting to craving and I don't have much room in my macros for it. Other than that, honestly if I'm hungry...I just eat lol.

I use to get lightheaded not only when I was working out, but just in daily life too. As it turns out, I needed more iron. My mother is anemic, and I inherited it. I now take iron supplements, and I don't get it anymore. Not sure if it's the same for you...but I just thought I would throw that out there. Also in agreement…

I do about the same amount of exercise. Though if I was feeling particularly wretched, I would take it down to something like a light walk or yoga.

On the weekend I try and get in a workout in the morning, or early afternoon. During the week though, is a different story. I walk to and from work, so really I do morning and evening. Some days I don't walk, then I will workout in the evening.
