  • baked oatmeal with bananas, blueberries, applesauce. one scoop a day for breakfast. I make two batches and put them in gladware bowls so we can take it with us and eat at work if we need to. And I always cook several chicken breasts on the weekend so it can be easliy transformed throughout the week.
  • I have some beautiful form fitting expensive shirts like that. they are safely folded in the drawer because I too have not made that transition. sometimes i try them on and look at myself. then I put on a pair of capris (gray or black) and one of the hubs baggy shirts.   • renamed mine: breakfast, morn snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, eve snack. I could also see where I was failing and if there was a pattern. I also write a note in the bottom... like maybe I wasn't feeling well, etc
  • I do this exactly. 3 meals / 3 snack times. I also make sure that at each snack in between meals I log a drink. It is my reminder that if it's snack time it's also drink a water or herbal tea time. So far that has really worked for me.
