^^^ oh thank you!! I pass by SB to and from the gym. I rarely go there but this time of year I like their fall flavors. May I suggest renaming your meals? It may help if you have them split up throughout the day so we can see if you are craving at any certain time of the day. I have mine listed as bkf, am snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, eve snack. I did it that way so I could see if there was a pattern. I learned I want to snack in…

I know this may be a silly question, but how do you look at someone else's diary? I have only ever looked at my own or if someone posts at the end of the day and it says view diary occassionally I will peek at it.

I log it as race walking. I do a 15 min one every day on my lunch break. It figures out to be 133 calories for me I believe. I log it as that because I really do push myself for it. Not that it is hard per se but I really do dig deep and do the kicks and squats and give 100%.

LOL that is true. I love books and bookstores and libraries but I was trying to see it thru the eyes of someone that doesn't. It may be a little less intimidating to browse at home. At least that's how it is with my hubby who is not a reader at all. He will at least use the nook to find something he likes.

I would suggest getting an E-Reader of some sort. You don't need the top of the line and you could maybe find one on ebay as the bookworms tend to upgrade.
