I had pizza today and it tasted so salty to me that my mouth hurt!! And now i feel gross too! Next time I look at fast food longingly I'll try to remember this feeling instead :tongue: Well, back to working hard and eating right tomorrow!

I am so excited to see that people are on Day 6!! I completed day 2 today and in a way it was easier but in a way it was harder. That doesn't really make sense! haha. I just got this dvd and would love to have encouragement to get through it for 30 days! I really don't want to do it once and then just ignore it in the cupboard. So i'm a little late, but will be starting tomorrow :) Keep up the good work everybody! I'll check in tomorrow :bigsmile:

maybe go but do a lighter workout than usual so you don't overtax your poor stuffed head! just an idea. i was feeling the same way the other night, but just did it and ended up doing a great workout (and i felt WAY better the next day!) but make sure you're listening to your body :happy:
