one of the biggest motivators to me is seeing other people's success stories and how happy and healthy they look. quite a few people share their progress pics which is great! but of course, discretion is always a good thing! Welcome to MFP :)

I also had a quick peek at your pictures. I am in the medical field so I say with gusto that you look nowhere NEAR 6 months pregnant!! Those ladies may need to examine their lives if the best thing they have to talk about is whether or not someone is pregnant. Sheesh! They must be blind! Have a fantastic rest of the day…

i've had a tough week and haven't been sleeping very well so was all ready to cozy up for the night at home in my pjs after work. i was doing just that when i started reading this thread, put on my workout clothes and burned 400 cals at the gym! thanks guys :)

hi! i'm always running out the door late and never have time for breakfast at home-- some would say i should set my alarm a few mins earlier! I've tried a few different cereal based breakfast bars and they end up making me even more hungry. What i've started eating is Clif bars which have a lot of protein and yummy flavors…
