I just want to know if people put pictures of their progress on this site?
And if you do, is it safe?

    I have seen users post progress pictures on here. It's probably as safe as any other message board. Use you personal discretion .. whatever you are comfortable sharing on the world wide web :)

    one of the biggest motivators to me is seeing other people's success stories and how happy and healthy they look. quite a few people share their progress pics which is great! but of course, discretion is always a good thing! Welcome to MFP :)
