I've found that buying single servings of things like chips and cookies or just goodies in general has helped me. I grab a single bag of chips and once its gone its gone. Its also been helping me have a bit more control of my kids portions as well which I like and they hate ;) .

In stead of cardioing yourself to death try some circuit training. Weights with short bursts of cardio (jumping rope, box stepping or jumping jacks) in between weight sets. Unfortunantly unless you go to a Dr or sometype of place that do es the real test al these BMI calculators are just an estimate. A true BMI seperates the lean muscle mass from your body fat. The only way to do that is with these crazy special pincher things or a water displacement tank. Other wise all its doing is taking…

My daughter likes hers w a bit of low sugar jelly. You get the flovor of the fruit but not the texture clash. I love cottage cheese with a dash of season salt and sunflower seeds.
