Carnation breakfast powder mix. Chocolate is okay, but strawberry and vanilla are good. You don't need a whole packet. And, you get some vitamins too. I like to add some almond slivers to the vanilla.

Do you think it would help if I run three days a week and lift for two? The time I spend at the gym is the best I can do. On a good night, I can get a video in at home too. But I can't count on that. I am careful about logging my intake.

I have never used those videos, but I use a couple of the Crunch videos. It does take time to learn the routines, but I find the combination of several videos gets me the workout I am looking for.
